Es as\u00ed como realizaron una muestra de postres, donde la chef Sara Alcal\u00e1 Castillo fue la encargada de iniciar con la degustaci\u00f3n de las recetas que los estudiantes prepararon.<\/p>\n<p>Se hace menci\u00f3n que las lecciones que les brindaron en el trayecto de esta materia, es el c\u00f3mo se organiza el trabajo en una pasteler\u00eda, las herramientas, m\u00e1quina e ingredientes con los que se trabaja, las t\u00e9cnicas y preparaciones elementales que todo buen repostero debe dominar para cumplir con su trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Para UNIVA es importante que sus alumnos tengan ex\u00e1menes en donde la pr\u00e1ctica sea un punto de partida para la profesionalizaci\u00f3n, pues los acerca al mundo laboral.
